If you don’t see your document in your documents list, don’t worry! One of these 3 steps will help you find it:
- More than likely your files are in a different Lucidpress account. Most often users will accidentally have more than one account with Lucidpress and forget which files were stored where. For example, firstname.lastname@example.org created a few documents but, when he came back, he accidentally signed into email@example.com and sees his docs list empty. Search your mail inbox for emails from Lucidpress to see what address you received our emails from; this is likely the account you should be logged into.
- Your files are constantly saved after every action in the editor and you can see the 'Saved' message to the right of the Menu bar. If you lose internet connectivity, we will notify you after ten minutes and, if it reconnects before then, we'll sync your file automatically.
- If neither of these options works, you can check your internet browsing history for the name of the file. Your browser will usually store the latest version of the document for you.
