To change your email, go to your account settings > user settings page.
You can access your account settings two ways:

Where you see your email, type out a new email. Please note that if the email already has an existing Lucidpress account, you will not be able to change to that email. You can send a request to support to merge your account or transfer files to the new email.
When you have successfully edited your information, click "Save changes" at the bottom of the page.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot your password?" link and an email will be sent to the email address associated with your account with instructions on how to reset it.
